Unbelievable Chicken.


Let's face it: McDonald's is not perceived as the best place to eat chicken. So when they released a new chicken burger, we decided to fully embrace the truth.

Idea

Anything, and I mean anything, sounds more believable than finding good chicken at McDonald's. Even a group of robbers in panda masks, or a helicopter landing in the middle of the city. Or both at the same time.

To fly a helicopter in the middle of the city, the production team had to request as many as

6 permissions, including one from the Church. Not the church as in the building you can see on the gif below, no. The Church as the whole institution.

Results

More than 3.4 million views on Youtube. 50% more sales than predicted. Great tasting chicken index increased by 5pp. And more importantly, KFC users rating the film particularly positively during the post-test. The results of this campaign were unbelievable, but true.
